1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WFHSquad, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on WFHSquad for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on WFHSquad
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Subscription Services

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

Due to the nature of Service all fees are non-refundable, even if you do not fully use the Service. Certain refund requests may be considered by WFHSquad on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of WFHSquad.

If we receive a notice of a chargeback, we may immediately suspend your account. You will be considered in breach of payment obligations. We may also take reasonable steps to prevent future access if we believe the chargeback was done maliciously or fraudulently.

6. Subscription Cancelation

You are free to cancel the subscription anytime, without any obligation, from the Billing section under your profile or by dropping us an email to hello@wfhsquad.com. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged for the next cycle.

7. Content

Our Service allows you to save and manage job listings. You are responsible for the content that you save, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

We periodically perform housekeeping of old job posts or listings that are not relevant anymore. Therefore, you may find job removed from your saved jobs if that's the case.

Although all the jobs are vetted by our team, there could be a situation where the job details are modified by the employer after it was posted by us. Therefore, in the case of any inappropriate details or inaccuracy, please report it by dropping us an email to hello@wfhsquad.com

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service (for example, by sharing your premium account with others)
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or hack any part of the Service.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WFHSquad, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
